Karrus

Karrus provides ready-to-use solutions for dynamic exploitation of road infrastructures. These tools consist in equipments and software necessary for monitoring policies and traffic control, and can be deployed on any environment, thanks to material and software adaptive features, no matter how these environments can differ. Integrated solutions evolve each year and currently provides: congestion alarms without latency, centralized or de-centralized; variable speed limits tuning; suburban ramp metering.

DIR-CE

The DIR-CE (Direction interdépartementale des routes — centre est) is in charge of the exploitation, the maintenance and the investments on the roads.

La Métro

At the heart of a unique territory in which, in a subtle equilibrium between a well-preserved natural environment and a developed urban center, 28 municipalities have chosen to be part of a community of interests. The "Grenoble Alpes métropole" community, better known as "la Métro", is located at the center of a more than half a million inhabitants area, and associates 28 communities in a unique purpose: improve the life of its 400,000 inhabitants. On a 30700 acres living area, la Métro unites the energies of its members in order to design projects, animate political actions, territorial planning, builds equipments and exploit public services; it aims to improve economic development, traffic organization, nature protection, life environment and solidarity.

Conseil Général de l'Isère

Innovative road is the future of road; it will communicate with vehicles through cooperative systems, and will also allow user-infrastructure dialog thanks to the Web 2.0. Innovative road means also the development of new generation sensors, with low-cost and energy savings. The final objective of the innovative road is to improve the users safety, optimize traffic and reduce carbon emissions.
